Firetech Safety Systems provides fire safety and engineering solutions, including:

  • Fire fighting pipeline design and installation
  • Fire hydrant, sprinkler and suppression systems
  • Fire alarm and detection systems
  • Fire safety equipment supply, including extinguishers and refilling
  • Site surveys, CAD drawings and quotations
  • Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and fire safety audits
  • Project consultation, Fire NOC assistance and compliance support

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are prepared based on the site diagram, drawings or information provided by the client.
  • Prices are subject to change if the design, scope or material quantity is revised after the quotation is issued.
  • Quotations are valid for a limited period from the date of issue unless stated otherwise on the quotation.
  • Any additional material, labour or scope required due to design changes, site conditions or client requests will be quoted and billed separately.
  • Unless expressly stated, quotations exclude statutory approval fees, civil works and applicable taxes.

3. Orders and Material Procurement

  • Material is ordered only after written approval of the quotation and/or marked drawing.
  • Transportation and delivery of ordered material may take 2–3 business days, depending on availability and site location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, transportation issues or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

4. Project Design and Drawings

  • All CAD drawings, layouts and designs prepared by Firetech Safety Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Drawings are provided for project approval and execution only, and may not be reproduced, modified or shared with third parties without our written consent.
  • We aim to design efficient, code-compliant layouts. Final designs may be revised based on client feedback, site constraints or regulatory requirements.

5. Payments

  • Payment terms are as set out in the agreed project schedule or invoice.
  • Invoices must be cleared within the agreed timeframe. Delays in payment may affect project timelines.
  • We reserve the right to pause work where invoices remain outstanding beyond the agreed terms, until payment is received.

6. Site Visits and Approvals

  • Site visits may be scheduled at mutual convenience to review project progress, discuss designs or inspect completed work.
  • Client approval is required before we order additional material or proceed with revised designs.
  • The client is responsible for providing safe and timely site access for our engineers and installation teams.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Products and installation work are covered under the standard manufacturer and/or installation warranty, where applicable.
  • We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters and third-party interference.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the specific product or service provided.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, diagrams and requirements.
  • Any delay in providing approvals, site access or information may affect project timelines and cost.
  • Once a system is handed over, ongoing statutory testing and maintenance remain the client’s responsibility unless covered by an AMC with us.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, drawings and materials created by Firetech Safety Systems are our property and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Website Use

  • Website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, nor engineering, legal or regulatory advice for any specific building.
  • Any system design or compliance decision should be based on a formal site assessment and written proposal from us.
